Dormancy Report

The Asset Dormancy Report (Reports ) > Assets > Dormancy) helps you better understand the use of your vehicles, equipment, unpowered assets, and trailers to assess any stale or underutilized assets. The report displays Dormant Duration, which is the frequency of dormancy by the amount of time an asset location remains unchanged (in weeks).

The Asset Dormancy Report is divided into two sections:

• The Dormant Duration bar chart that displays the distribution of assets in one-week periods. Hover over each bar to see the total number of assets that were dormant for the time period. You can also select a bar to display only the assets that were dormant for the selected time period.

• The Assets table displays information about dormant assets. To find a specific asset, use the Search, or filter by Tags, Attributes, and Asset Type.

Schedule an emailed version of the report by selecting Schedule Emailed Report from the more actions ( ••• ) menu in the top right-hand corner.

The Assets table includes the following information for an asset:

Field	Description
Asset	Descriptive name used to identify the asset.
Location	City or geofence location where the asset was last reported.
Last Active	Date and time the asset last communicated with the gateway.
Dormant Duration	Duration of time, in days, that the asset was dormant.
