Integrate with LiS WinSped

Bidirectional TMS integration between LIS (WinSped) and Samsara.

Note

This integration is owned and managed by Cotris, a third-party System Integrator. There is a monthly fee for this integration.

The integration includes the following features:

• GPS location

• Dispatch orders from WinSped; get back job updates

• driver/dispatcher messaging

• driver-submitted document ingest to WinSped

• Automatic tachograph file transfer to WinSped

Requirements

• WinSped : LisTrack plugins for third-party integrations

• Cotris: License agreement

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

Deployment

Cotris, a third-party developer, built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. Follow the steps below to get started. If there are any issues, please contact Cotris Support.

1. Create a Samsara API Token named LiS WinSped Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Compliance:

     • Read ELD Compliance Settings (US)

     • Read Tachograph (EU)

   • driver Workflow:

     • Read and Write Documents

     • Read and Write Messages

     • Read and Write Routes

   • Drivers: Read Drivers

   • Vehicles:

     • Read Vehicles

     • Read Vehicle Statistics

2. Send the token to [e-mail] and request the Samsara integration.

   Cotris Support will configure the account and guide you through any remaining steps to enable the integration.
