From the Samsara dashboard (Settings > Organization > Billing), you can monitor the status of your Samsara account including:

Billing information is only available in the Samsara dashboard. To access Billing information, you must be assigned a Billing or Full Admin role or have a custom role with Billing permissions enabled. If you do not have the required role or permissions, contact a Billing or Full Admin in your organization to adjust your access. For more information on roles and permissions, see Administrative Roles.
The following table defines the possible states for your Samsara account.

One or more invoices are past due. If applicable, Samsara will display one of the following reasons:

The account is delinquent and suspended by Samsara Finance. |
To help you manage payments, you can view upcoming payments and manage payment information.
The Next Payment section displays the amount of your payment and the due date.
The Payment Method section displays the last four digits of your selected payment method and the expiration date. From this section you can also click Edit to update or add a new payment method.
View and save both current and past invoices. For more information, see View and Save Invoices.
From the License Summary, you can view the licenses associated with your account. For each active contract, the summary includes the number of licenses per license type.
The plans section displays all active plans associated with your account. A plan is considered active if the the start date has passed, the end date is no more than six months in the past, and the renewal (if relevant) has not yet started.
For each plan, you can view the start date, end date, and term length. To view more detailed information about the licenses associated with the plan, select the plan.
When plans are coming up for renewal (the plan end date is within 25 days), the plan details will display renewal alerts that indicate the plan expiration and any recommended actions.
To call attention to renewal alerts, Samsara also displays a banner along the top of your Samsara dashboard. If your account has multiple expired or expiring soon plans, the banner will display the alert for the nearest expiring plan.
