To configure remote support, you must add required apps to a device policy and then enable Remote Support permissions on the enrolled device.

Add the Samsara Agent App and Samsara Remote Support App to your device policy.
See Configure Policy Applications. These apps are required to facilitate Remote Support actions.

After the Samsara Remote Support App installs on a device, enable Remote Support on each device:

Open the Samsara Agent App.

Tap the Remote Support notification on the Samsara Agent App to open the permissions settings in the Samsara Remote Support App.

Enable the requested permissions by tapping on each available option:

Screen Overlay: Enable Samsara to display on top of other apps.

Accessibility: Allow screen control on the device. If you do not immediately see an option to turn on the Remote Support accessibility permission, tap Installed services settings to take you to the next page where you can turn on Remote Support permissions.
After you enable both permissions, the two permission text buttons will disappear on the Samsara Remote Support App screen.

Repeat the process for any additional devices.

Start a Remote Support session from the Samsara dashboard.
