From the Upcoming Preventative Maintenance Items page (Maintenance > Upcoming), you can monitor the status of upcoming scheduled maintenance.
You can sort scheduled maintenance items by asset, maintenance item description, odometer, engine hours, scheduled interval, and preventative maintenance status. In addition, you can search for specific vehicle maintenance items using the search. For example, you can search for "Ford F350" or "oil change." You can also narrow the results by Tags or maintenance interval Type.
You can update the preventative maintenance status by selecting one of several alert responses.
Resolve: When a mechanic finishes vehicle maintenance, she can mark Resolve and add details as a vehicle maintenance log.
Snooze: Enables the operator to postpone repairs until a later interval. If a maintenance item should be delayed, for example, an oil change should be pushed out 500 miles, your mechanic can snooze the item until a new mileage or date (depending on how the item was scheduled, e.g. days or miles).
Ignore: Ignore the alert once or for all future occurrences. Ignoring once postpones the alert for an additional interval. Ignoring all future occurrences removes the preventative maintenance activity from the asset.
The mechanic can also view the preventative maintenance items and status when accessing maintenance activities.
