Integrate with CreteSuite

CreteSuite integrates with Samsara for real-time telematics to track and manage concrete pumping equipment and ensure accurate billing with ease.

The integration includes the following features:

• Streamline customer communication by sharing departures, route updates, and real-time ETA tracking seamlessly without any apps to download.

• Manage operators and sleep easy knowing late departure alerts will notify you before there are any potential issues with a customer or job site.

• Leverage GPS for billing with telematic data that is presented alongside billable time reported from the field to ensure accurate billing with ease.

Requirements

• CreteSuite: None

• Samsara: Samsara API token with read and write scopes

Deployment

CreteSuite built the integration and will assist with deployments as needed. If there are any issues, please contact CreteSuite Support.

1. Create a Samsara API Token named CreteSuite Integration with the following granular scopes:

   • Addresses:

     • Read Addresses

     • Write Addresses

   • Drivers:

     • Read Drivers

     • Write Drivers

   • Driver Workflow:

     • Read Routes

     • Write Routes

   • Safety & Compliance:

     • Read Safety Events & Scores

   • Vehicles:

     • Read Vehicles

     • Read Vehicle Statistics

     • Read Vehicle Trips

2. Send the token to your CreteSuite representative and request the Samsara integration.
