If a user wants to report an issue, such as a headlight that needs replacement or if there is a safety incident in the field, they can submit an issue through Connected Forms. These issues will appear on your Samsara dashboard in Issues ( ). Through the Issues Inbox you can view all submitted issues and filter by tag, the status of the issue (Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Dismissed), who the issue is assigned to, or the asset the issue pertains to.
Select an issue to view its details.
Through the issue details view, you can also assign the issue to someone to resolve it, set the issue's priority level, and choose an issue due date. To change the status of an issue between open, in progress, resolved, or dismissed, select the status drop down in the upper right hand corner:
